Captain Picard (First Contact): As commander of the Enterprise-E, Jean-Luc Picard was responsible for saving the human race, following the Borg into the past to prevent disruption of the time stream and keeping Earth from becoming another Borg outpost.

Borg Queen: In addition to coordinating Borg behavior as well as some technical functions, the Queen also acts as spokesperson, using psychology and politics in support of the Borg Collective. Very little of her body is still human.
